#44KIND- Day 24 Why do I eat when I eat? What do you mean Laurie, “Why do I eat when I eat?” This is a weird question, right? Or is it... For a moment, think about when you eat… Do you eat because you are hungry? Do you eat out of habit? Do you eat because you are bored? Do you eat because you are stressed out? Do you eat because you are happy? Did you know that SOME PEOPLE eat ONLY to NOURISH their bodies?! Weird right?! ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ†๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ’๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ‰ They don't eat for pleasure They don't eat based on their emotions, good or bad They don't eat because they are bored, or because they have some schedule that they follow. They simply eat to nourish their human body.๐Ÿง Wow, what a concept. SO THAT MEANS… The act of eating is not an unhealthy addictive behavior for them. They don’t use food as a crutch or as a form of celebration. They don’t use food as a treat or as a reward. They just use food for its most likely originally intended purpose of it, which is #nourishment. What a concept?! So today, don't change anything, just NOTICE… When do I eat and why? Maybe keep a journal for the next couple of days... Again, don’t change anything, but be kind to yourself.
